My name is Victoria Nguyen, and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Texas at San Antonio, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I have always been interested in creativity and space, so that's why I am doing Mechanical engineering, trying to work my way up to Aerospace. I graduated from high school in 2024 and also took dual credit courses through a community college, which helped me strengthen my academic foundation and prepare for college-level learning. My expected graduation from UTSA is in Fall 2026, and I’m excited to continue exploring the many opportunities that come with being a Roadrunner.
Professionally, I’ve gained customer service experience through my summer jobs. These jobs taught me how to communicate effectively, stay organized under pressure, and make every customer feel valued. I’m bilingual in Vietnamese and English, and I love being in environments where I can connect with people from different backgrounds. I’ve also volunteered at food banks, assisted RA's during freshman move-in, and served as Team Green president during high school, where I led campus cleanups and environmental projects.
Outside of academics and work, I’m passionate about creativity, social connection, and personal growth. I believe having me join your team means more than just representing something, it’s about building genuine relationships, motivating others, and showing that growth can be fun, exciting, and meaningful.
