Tessa Martin is a first year student at CU Boulder and Her Campus Boulder Writer. She majors in English and Secondary English Education, with a teaching certificate. After college, Tessa will teach English to middle and high school students. She's originally from the Bay Area, California, where her interest in journalism began with her middle school video news channel and carried on to high school, where she held the position of editor-in-chief on her high school newspaper. Tessa enjoys writing about fashion and style, recent events, and education. Her interests outside of writing include baking, playing sports, and planning activities with her friends. Tessa also enjoys art and creative endeavors. She can often be found writing or studying in coffee shops, boba stores, and bakeries.
