Hi! My name is Teren Smothers, and I’m currently majoring in Sports Administration with a minor in Legal Studies at the University of Houston. I’ve always had a passion for sports, leadership, and helping others succeed, which has guided me toward my goal of becoming a sports agent. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I plan to pursue my Juris Doctor in Sports Law to continue building the skills and knowledge needed to represent athletes and make a difference in the industry.
Outside of academics, I’m someone who loves to talk, meet new people, and share ideas. I thrive in spaces where I can connect with others, learn their stories, and inspire confidence in those around me. Whether it’s through writing, conversations, or collaboration, I enjoy creating genuine connections that make people feel seen and heard.
When I’m not focused on school or my career goals, I love keeping up with the latest sports news, traveling, and exploring new experiences that help me grow personally and professionally.
