Stella is a transfer student at the University of Colorado Boulder who will be graduating in May 2027. After graduating high school, she danced as a pre-professional ballet student for several years, later attending the business school at CU Denver for one year before finally transferring to CU Boulder. Still majoring in Business, she is currently a student at the Leeds School of Business with a double emphasis in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems. Navigating college as a nontraditional student came with its challenges, but transferring to CU Boulder helped Stella find a sense of belonging and confidence in her path.
Outside of classes, Stella continues to nurture her lifelong passion for dance. While ballet remains close to her heart, she enjoys branching into new styles and staying involved through student dance clubs and classes. Some of her current favorites include country swing and hip-hop, which allow her to connect with the CU Boulder community in fun, social ways. Her other interests include skiing and snowboarding, playing the piano, attending weekly karaoke nights, and playing video games.
Stella's interest in writing stems from her interest in books. Reading has always been a source of inspiration for her, and over time, writing became a natural extension of that passion. She loves immersive stories and it is a lifelong goal of hers to eventually write one of her own. Through contributing to Her Campus, Stella hopes to grow as a writer, develop her voice, and gain experience in media and content creation while being part of a supportive, creative community.
