Sofi Eljaiek is a junior at Florida State University majoring in Biology with minors in Psychology and Chemistry. On the pre-Physician Assistant track, she is passionate about pursuing a career in healthcare, with a particular interest in combining science and compassion to improve the lives of others. Sofi’s academic path reflects her curiosity about both the human body and the mind, and she is dedicated to building a strong foundation for PA school through her coursework, research, and hands-on clinical experiences.
Outside of the classroom, Sofi is deeply involved in campus life and student organizations. She is an active member of Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED), the Pre-PA Society, and Who We Play For, which focus on professional development, community service, and raising awareness for health causes. Sofi is also a proud member of Alpha Delta Pi (ADPi), where she enjoys the opportunities for leadership, sisterhood, and philanthropy. These organizations have given her valuable experiences in teamwork, service, and personal growth, while also connecting her with peers who share her passion for medicine and making a difference.
Beyond academics and extracurriculars, Sofi is committed to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She has been a dancer for much of her life, which has shaped her discipline, creativity, and appreciation for movement. She also enjoys fitness, creating lifestyle and wellness content, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Through Her Campus, Sofi looks forward to sharing her experiences as a college student balancing academics, wellness, and personal passions while inspiring others along the way.
