Shivangi Jha is part of the Events committee for the Her Campus chapter at Manipal University Jaipur. In this role, she oversees the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of all chapter events, ranging from campus-wide networking mixers to empowering workshops and collaborative socials. Combining her primary focus on experiential event design with her secondary expertise in backend logistics, she ensure the idea flow is maintained form planning to execution.
Beyond her role at Her Campus, Shivangi is currently a second-year student at Manipal University Jaipur, pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in core Mechanical Engineering. Navigating a heavily male-dominated field has fuelled her passion for women's representation. She has already built a strong technical and management portfolio, having interned at a prominent power generation company and successfully organised both the Autofest and Autoexpo on campus.
When she isn't managing event timelines or decoding thermodynamics, Shivangi loves to immerse herself in her favourite pastimes. She is a massive Formula 1 fan who never misses a race weekend, a sport that perfectly blends her love for mechanical engineering and high-speed strategy. An explorer at heart, she thrives on traveling to new places, curating the perfect playlists to listen to along the way. At the end of a busy day, she finds her peace during quiet late-night walks, which help her unwind and spark fresh, creative ideas for her next big project.
