Hi friends! I’m Samaya, a second-year Economics major at the University of Houston with a serious love for new adventures and city vibes. Originally from Virginia, but I’ve lived in five other states throughout my life. Currently Houston is my favorite city thusfar because of the great urban young lifestyle it has. Post-grad, I plan to dive into campaign management for major brands while continuing my education with a master’s degree.
Outside of school, I’m all about being creative and doing things that make me happy. I love making TikTok videos, journaling, trying out new makeup looks, and just exploring all the ways I can express myself. Honestly, blending all of these interests into content creation is the best way for me to incorporate all these hobbies and interests at once.
I joined Her Campus to find new ways to bring creative, helpful, and inclusive activities all over my campus. My main goal is to help other girls come out of their comfort zone and feel like they have a safe space. Through Her Campus I am excited to meet new people and bring a positive welcoming vibe.
