Safiya Fakih

Hello! My name is Safiya Fakih (she/her), and I am part of the Marketing Team at the Her Campus University of Toronto Mississauga charter! I am currently a fourth year, specialising in Environmental Science, with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I'm currently aiming for a Mater's degree researching decolonial environmental science through a feminist and socially just perspective.

I am also the co-president of the Student Association of Geography and Environment at the University of Toronto Mississauga, where I help to facilitate social and academic events for students within the Geography Department. In my free time (which I barely get nowadays) I tend to either read, paint, or create jewelry for my small business!
