Ryan Dodd

Hi, my name is Ryan Dodd, and I am a sophomore at Ohio University, where I am pursuing a major in Communications with a minor in Journalism, My academic path has been shaped by my interest in story telling, media and helping people connect in a digital world. Through my coursework, I have gained experience in interpersonal communication and media writing. I am continually exploring how communication shapes public perception, culture, and even relationships.

Outside the classroom, writing has been both a passion and a creative outlet for me. I enjoying diving into topics that reflect my everyday life – from pop culture, lifestyle choices, and advice from all things feminine and "girly". Whether i'm analyzing trends or even breaking down latest celebrity moments I aim to write more relatable and use a strong sense of voice.

Beyond academics and writing, I love to explore in creativity, new music, and even keeping up with social media trends. I find it refreshing to express myself creatively. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow as a writer and build connections. Ultimately, my goal is yo use my communication and journalism background to craft meaningful stories and help shape a conversation.
