Riya Minglani

Riya Minglani is currently a writer for HerCampus and a freshman at Cal Poly Slo. She is a journalism major and also writes for the Mustang News as a local politics beat reporter. She is passionate about using writing to express opinions, uplift underrepresented stories, and promote education. Riya hopes to work in journalism after college. In her free time, she loves to play basketball, read sad books, bike, hangout with friends, and go to the beach!
