My name is Reagan Cowart and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Middle Level Education at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where I expect to graduate in May 20208. With a strong interest in health and wellness, I am passionate about learning how the human body functions and plans to apply this knowledge in the future.
I have gained valuable professional experience through a variety of roles. I have worked as a waitress at Hwy 55 for three years, where I developed strong communication and customer service skills. At the University of South Carolina’s Parking Services, I help manage daily parking operations, ensuring safety and efficiency on campus. I also worked at Georgia Lina Precast as office personnel, handling administrative tasks with attention to detail and professionalism. Currently, I serve as a Disaster Case Management Specialist with the South Carolina Office of Resilience, where I support individuals affected by disasters through organized and compassionate case management.
Outside of academics and work, I am active in several campus organizations. I am a member of Young Life, and Sigma Alpha Omega, a Christian sorority. These activities reflect my values, leadership, and dedication to serving others while building meaningful community connections.
