Rafka Abou-Khalil

Rafka Abou-Khalil is a Social Media Team Member with Her Campus at Carleton. Her role involves managing Her Campus' social media pages by promoting upcoming events and actively engaging with the Her Campus Carleton community.

Rafka is in her final year of her undergraduate degree in Journalism with a minor in Film. She spent this summer working as a Communications Student with PCL Construction where she managed and wrote the weekly newsletter that was sent out to the whole district. She wrote articles about different projects happening around the company and had the opportunity to create posters and edit videos that were used to promote events. She is also a volunteer reporter for The Charlatan and Capital Current where she writes articles while studying full time.

In her free time, Rafka loves reading books and poetry. She is a big music fan enjoys listening to all types of music. She adores art in every form especially within literature, films, music and photography
