Phoebe Tunnell is a second year at UCSB and a graduate from Fairfield Ludlowe High School in Fairfield CT. She is Communications and Environmental Studies double major. Phoebe is a Senior Editor for the UCSB branch of Her Campus and when she is not editing you can find her reading, singing in choir, or hanging out with her friends on the beach.
