Olivia is a first-year Communication Studies major at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, from a small town in Northern California. Before coming to Cal Poly, she was very involved in her school and community. Throughout high school, she participated in volleyball, cheer, soccer, track, FFA, ASB, and other leadership activities. She also served in different leadership positions and enjoyed being involved in events and activities around her community. These experiences helped her become more comfortable working with others, communicating, and taking on new opportunities.
Olivia is excited to be part of Her Campus Cal Poly and explore her interest in social media and graphics. In high school, she was in charge of her FFA chapter’s Instagram page, where she helped share updates, events, activities, and other things happening within the chapter. She has always enjoyed being creative and finding ways to make content feel fun, personal, and relatable. She is excited to continue building her skills in social media, graphics, and content creation while working with other members of Her Campus.
Outside of school, Olivia enjoys going to the beach, watching sunsets, shopping, going to concerts, taking pictures, and spending time with her friends and family. She loves making memories, trying new things, and finding new places around San Luis Obispo. Coming from a small town, she is excited to experience college life, meet people from different backgrounds, and make the most of her first year at Cal Poly.
