I am a first-year college student majoring in Forensic Science, a field that allows me to combine my curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for problem-solving. My academic journey is focused on building a strong foundation in scientific thinking, research, and analytical skills that will prepare me for a future career in the forensic field. I am especially interested in learning how science can be used to solve real-world problems and contribute to the justice system. Through my coursework, I continue to strengthen my writing, communication, and critical thinking skills so I can effectively share scientific information and collaborate with others.
Outside the classroom, I am actively involved in campus life as a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority. Being part of this organization has helped me grow socially and professionally while building meaningful friendships and a strong sense of community. Through sorority involvement, I have developed leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills while participating in philanthropy and campus events. These experiences have helped me learn how to balance academics with extracurricular commitments and have encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone.
Before college, I spent many years cheering, which taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of teamwork. Cheerleading helped shape my strong work ethic and ability to stay motivated while supporting others. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family and relaxing with my cats, who always brighten my day. I also enjoy staying active, listening to music, and trying new experiences. As I continue my college journey, I hope to grow academically and personally while working toward a career where I can make a meaningful impact.
