Olivia Cuscuna is an incoming contributor for Her Campus at Carleton University. She is passionate about girlhood, history, and women’s rights advocacy. Olivia loves to travel and believes the best way to understand history is by experiencing it firsthand. She also enjoys writing poetry and other creative forms of expression, and she looks forward to bringing that same creativity to her work with Her Campus.
Olivia is a first-year student in the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management program at Carleton, where she is building her understanding of politics, policy, and international affairs. In high school, she served as President of the Model United Nations club and graduated as an Ontario Scholar with an average above 90 percent. She also received the Grade 12 World Cultures Achievement Award for the highest standing in the course.
When she’s not studying, Olivia enjoys listening to music, making art, spending time outside, and exploring new places.
