Nuran Guven

I am currently a full-time student majoring in Information Technology and Informatics (ITI) with a minor in Critical Intelligence Studies, and I plan to graduate in August 2025. My academic focus is primarily on cybersecurity, and I have structured my studies to build a strong foundation in this field. Before pursuing IT, I studied product design for four years at a university in Turkey, which developed my skills in creative problem-solving and design thinking.

Three years ago, I moved from Turkey and have been building a new life in the United States since then. Adjusting to a new environment and culture has been both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to gain new perspectives and shape my personal growth.

In my personal life, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time learning new things on my computer. Exploring new places and cultures is something I value deeply, and cooking has become a favorite way for me to unwind, especially as I prepare meals for my family. These activities help me balance my academic and personal life while continuously expanding my horizons.
