Noël is graduating from American University with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a double minor in Legal Studies and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality studies. She has been involved in AU's Her Campus for two years and has loved getting to know such a wonderful community and having such amazing opportunities to grow in the role as President.
