Neerja Bhatt is a freshman at Ashoka University, with a fierce passion for writing. She wrote her first story at the age of six, which was a fan-fiction of the 'Arthur' series. During high school, she wrote and published a fantasy duology called 'The Bad Era', which gained recognition in several national newspapers and magazines.
She has also written several short stories, poems, articles, and essays, most of which she has been openly secretive about, because she believes in writing honest pieces that strip away even the faintest artifice to reveal her most authentic, vulnerable self.
Apart from writing, Neerja enjoys playing the piano, hitting the gym, and reading sensational murder mysteries.
When not pursuing academic goals, Neerja can be found indecisively contemplating whether she wants to go out with her friends and make the most of her young uni days or stay holed up in her room with books, music, and sleep - a holy trinity that brings her incomparable happiness.
