Natalia Lopez

Natalia Lopez is a first-year Journalism major at the University of Florida, driven by her passion for storytelling and digital media. She is dedicated to creating engaging, meaningful content that resonates with her audience and leaves a lasting impact. Her leadership background includes serving as Class President for four years and Vice President of the Women Empowerment Club, where she honed her communication and collaboration skills. This experience shaped her ability to lead, work in teams, and manage projects—skills she’s excited to bring to the Her Campus UFL social media team.
Natalia’s love for sports journalism, inspired by her experiences as a finalist for the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and recipient of the NFL Latino Youth Honors, fuels her desire to highlight underrepresented voices in the sports world. She aims to use her platform to bring fresh, unique content that reflects the diverse perspectives of her community.
Outside of her academic and leadership endeavors, Natalia enjoys spending her free time at the beach, going on walks, playing and watching sports, and listening to music. These activities fuel her creativity and give her the energy to continue pursuing her passion for storytelling. She’s eager to contribute her skills, energy, and vision to the Her Campus UFL social media team and make a positive impact.
