Miranda Martinez is a senior at Texas A&M University majoring in psychology with a minor in women and gender studies. She plans to attend medical school after graduation with the goal of becoming an oncologist. This year, she is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally as a member of Her Campus, where she looks forward to contributing her passions for writing, empowerment, and community building.
Outside of Her Campus, Miranda works as an Aggie Mentor for Aggie Peer Connect, where she supports fellow students in their academic and personal growth. She also serves as the Vice President of the Global Surgery Student Alliance, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and engagement around global health initiatives.
Outside of her academic and leadership commitments, Miranda prioritizes balance in her daily life. She enjoys working out, spending time with her friends, cooking new recipes, and traveling the world.
