Coming in from East Bay , Marian is a first-generation college student with a deep-rooted passion for the audio and event management. She began her academic career at Los Medanos College (LMC), where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Recording Arts nurturing her interest in both audio and event coordination.
At LMC, she made significant contributions as an event coordinator for student government, while also working in the Department of Student Life to plan and host campus events. Her leadership skills were further developed as the president of the Recording Arts Club, where she put on multiple successful music festivals, providing students with opportunities to perform and get their name out there.
Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts (BECA) at San Francisco State University (SFSU) where her academic and professional aspirations are centered around event management, with a particular interest in working with companies like Bottlerock, Starrhill, and Superfly.
