Mannat Dhodi is a PR Strategist at the Her Campus at Manipal University, Jaipur chapter. She helps plan events, helps secure collaborations, facilitates smooth running of events and more.
Outside of Her Campus, she's also active in the Social Impact space and a passionate Psychology Major. She's the Founder of two youth-led organizations- Project Antigone and Beyond the Couch through which she has successfully raised over $10,000, helped distributed over 400,000 pads across India and impacted over 50,000+ women and children. She has published a research paper on “Impact of Mental Health on Menstrual Regularity: A Comprehensive Exploration of Stress, Anxiety, and Mental Health Conditions” in the International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research. She's also a top 1% creator on Topmate, where she mentors other students entering the Social Impact sector.
In her free time, Mannat enjoys cuddling up with a nice book, baking and trying new recipes, trying her hand at new crafts, or watching her favorite sitcoms. She's a raging coffee connoisseur, operating on caffeine and random bursts of productivity.
