My name is Lyla and I am a sophomore at Colgate, double majoring in Educational Studies and Spanish. This is my first semester writing with Her Campus but I have always had a passion for writing. English class and journaling have been my main outlets throughout years. I find that writing is sometimes an easier way to articulate my thoughts. In my free time I enjoy making friendship bracelets, reading, running, watching the sunset and spending time with friends.
