Hello! My name is Lucy Cortes and I am from Gulf Shores, Alabama. I currently attend the University of Alabama with a major in International Studies.
In high school, I helped found the schools first Journalism Club where we wrote monthly newsletters for our school which included sports, fashion, gossip, etc. sections. I was involved in many other clubs and continue to be involved in many clubs here at the University too! I love to volunteer at the animal shelter here in Tuscaloosa and plan on going there much more often. I am currently on the hunt for more volunteer opportunities, but in the past I was very involved in that area. I plan to keep involving myself as much as possible as well.
I enjoy writing, reading, art, movies, and travelling. I like to journal in my free time and watch lots of movies. I also love music and listening to record albums. All of my passions make up the person that I am!
