Howdy! I am a junior studying Sport Management at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. I am originally from the small town of Jacksonville, TX, where I was in theatre and competed in athletics, playing soccer, running cross country and track, and participating in powerlifting. Upon graduation I plan to enter the real world as a writer or broadcaster for either a news or sport network. Outside of writing, I enjoy participating in and spectating at sports events (especially football, soccer, cross country and track, and powerlifting). I love traveling and visiting the outdoors as well! My favorite places are to Rhode Island and Germany, though I hope to visit more of Europe in my lifetime. I have a passion for writing, which is why I chose to join Her Campus. I hope to get a lot of experience and connections from my time here, and hope that those who come across my articles learn more about myself, the world, and who they are as well!
