Hello! My name is Lily and I am a third-year journalism student specializing in data and coding with a minor in geography. My intial interest in journalism began when I joined my high school's newspaper, since then that passion has only continued to grow.
I have over a year of experience in reporting and magazine writing. Currently, I serve as a reporter for The Independent Florida Alligator and as an editor for Sparks Magazine and Her Campus UFL. In the past I've contributed to The Oracle, Sparks Magazine, Atrium Magazine, and Her Campus. Recently I served as an undergraduate research assistant in UF College of Journalism and Communications. When I'm not occupied by academics or work, I love going on trails, exploring new cafes and places to eat, and listening to music.
