Likhitha Komarneni

Hello I am Likhitha, I am an 18 year old South Indian woman who moved to the US about 5 years ago. I finished my high school in Plano Senior High School where I developed my passion to empower people along with me. During my time in school, I had a wonderful opportunity to mentor for Peer Assistance and Leadership where I got to mentor and support younger students and make new friendships while providing them with guidance. As a team, we helped promote positive relations among all the students and stand as a role model.

Now as I take on my journey in college, I am excited to explore my passion to empower people further and continue to make a positive change in people’s lives. I plan to pursue a double major in Business Analytics and Supply chain management and immerse myself in courses and extracurriculars that align with my passion. I also have a keen interest in managing event decor which led me to work and be a part of an event planning and decor company where I spend my extra time learning new things.

Apart from my academic interests, I enjoy going to the gym and working out as it helps stay active and maintain a healthier lifestyle. In addition to this I like spending my leisure time outdoors as it allows me to recharge and clear my mind. My hobbies and interests play a crucial role in my life as they help me stay balanced between my academic and personal tracks.
