A Manhattan University Senior double majoring in Political Science and Criminology on a Pre-Law track, Leyla's interests are rooted in taking ballet classes, reading, pilates, a good workout or watching movies and hanging out with family and friends. Deeply tied to her roots, as a Dominican American she prides herself in culture and community, always willing to learn more and explore new avenues of her heritage.
Born and raised in New York City, the city that never sleeps has always been a tremendous part of her personality.
