Lauren Riddle

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am now a writer for HerCampus Missouri! I am a student at Missouri State University and am going into my sophomore year. I’m a psychology major with minors in gender studies and communication. My main interests include wellness, social psychology, feminist philosophy, women in politics, advocacy, and pop culture. I have read my entire life and currently on my 15th book of the year! My favorite book of all of time is Swimming in the Dark by Tomasz Jedrowski. One of the most important parts of my career goals is making sure people’s voices are heard. Sharing ideas through journalism and writing is just one way to curate conversation and relationships and it is a beautiful one. I am unbelievably excited to write and empower women on our campus!
