I am currently serving as the Management and Recruitment Head at Her Campus, where I lead team operations, and recruitment focus on creating an inclusive, collaborative, and empowering environment for members, while ensuring smooth execution of initiatives that align with our chapter’s vision. I find it rewarding to help new members discover their strengths and grow within the community.
Academically, I am pursuing my undergraduate degree at FLAME University, Pune, where I major in Psychology and minor in Digital Marketing. This unique combination of disciplines allows me to bring both analytical and creative perspectives to my role. My academic journey has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills — qualities I apply daily at Her Campus. Beyond my role here, I have also gained professional experience in client servicing and brand strategy through my internship at STCH Integrated Marketing Solutions, where I contributed to multiple high-profile experiential marketing projects.
Outside of academics and professional responsibilities, I enjoy fitness, music, and travel, all of which keep me balanced and inspired. I love exploring new ideas, meeting diverse people, and finding ways to combine creativity with structure. Through my role at Her Campus, I aim not only to support our team but also to grow as a leader who uplifts others and contributes meaningfully to the larger community.
