Khristy Gayden

Hi!

My name is Khristy Gayden. I was born and raised in the Houston metropolitan area, undoubtedly resulting in my attendance at the University of Houston. I’m currently a finance major aspiring to go to law school in hopes of studying commercial law. I currently work in marketing with hopes to gain so much more experience in business and law!

As a finance major at the University of Houston, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for political science. The philosophical, historical, and psychological dimensions of the subject is fascinating to me, furthering my perspective on human interactions, governance, and human behavior. Throughout my journey at Her Campus, I hope to see the beauty and dynamics firsthand of the inner workings within this wonderful organization.

On a more personal note, I’m very family oriented and know I wouldn’t be who I am today without my family’s support. My favorite activities are puzzles, listening to music, going to the gym, and thrifting! Through thrifting, I list items for sale on Depop to share my love of clothes with a targeted audience. Additionally, I have so much love for seafood boils and a cold, sweet tea.
