I am a Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management student at Indiana University, where I am developing the skills to design, organize, and manage exceptional guest and event experiences. I am passionate about bringing people together through well-executed events and services, and I am eager to apply my knowledge in real-world settings while continuing to grow within the industry.
My professional experience reflects both adaptability and dedication to service. As a nanny for over a year, I created a nurturing environment by planning engaging activities that supported children’s learning and development. In addition, my roles as a hostess and front desk associate allowed me to strengthen my communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. In these positions, I managed multiple responsibilities with professionalism and even developed a new program that successfully increased revenue and expanded the company’s customer base. Beyond work, my involvement in school clubs and athletics has allowed me to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a strong commitment to excellence.
