Kelaiya Garland is a second-year student at the University of Virginia, with an intended major in Commerce and a minor in Chemistry. Within Her Campus, she writes articles focused on culture, music, style, and more, in addition to curating playlists on Spotify.
Beyond Her Campus, Kelaiya is actively involved in the Black Student Alliance and SWAP at UVA. She is also a proud member of the University's cheerleading squad. Go Hoos!
Some of Kelaiya’s favorite things include thrifting, caffeinated drinks, dad jokes, and 2000’s fashion. She enjoys attending live music events, volunteering, taking pictures, listening to her favorite songs on repeat and spending quality time with friends.
