Keira Gomez is a student at Florida State University who plans to major in Political Science and Communications. Throughout high school, she was actively involved in debate and yearbook, where she gained experience in writing, photography, graphic design, and social media management.
In 2025, Keira interned at a public relations firm in Fort Lauderdale, where she assisted with drafting media pitches, creating client media lists, and supporting outreach efforts.
She is particularly interested in child welfare policy, civic engagement, and the ways government decisions affect her local communities. Outside of academics, she enjoys photography and mentoring younger students through leadership.
