Hi, my name is Katrina Mason and I am a sophomore biology major at Hampton University. I have a big passion for animals, plants, and the environment, and I hope to pursue a career as a veterinarian or in marine biology. On campus, I have had the opportunity to do undergraduate research on bird populations and animal behavior. Outside of academics, I have served as a student ambassador for Camille Rose, and worked at Blue Skies Art Gallery in Hampton, Virginia. I would describe myself as bubbly, hardworking, and someone who enjoys working in teams and connecting with others.
In my free time, I love thrifting, exploring antique shops, crocheting, and spending time in nature. I am also on a personal wellness journey that focuses on staying active, and walking. Through Her Campus I am excited to share my experiences as a college student, from navigating academics and self-growth to following my passions and creating balance in my life.
