Julia is a third year student at Cal Poly studying Journalism with a minor in Media arts, Science, and Technology. She is currently a special sections writer for Mustang Media Group at Cal Poly. Aside from writing, she has a passion for the entertainment industry from growing up singing, acting, and performing. She recently got back from studying in London where she hopes to move one day and pursue her journalism career. She loves the city life but also appreciates the West Coast beaches from growing up in Long Beach, California. Outside of school Julia loves watching movies, listening to music, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
