Hi, my name is Julia Brown! I am a second-year student at Northeastern University from southern New Jersey. On campus, I am currently involved with Club Swim, Club Running, Women in Pre-Law, and Phi Alpha Delta (International Professional Pre-Law Fraternity). I love to spend time outside, whether that be outside a coffee shop or running on the Charles River Esplanade. The city of Boston absolutely has my heart, and I am so grateful for the endless opportunities it seems to have.
Over the summer, I had the opportunity to intern at a law firm in Philadelphia. My role consisted of a variety of opportunities, but my main one was writing blogs to promote the firm. I learned to love being able to communicate with a variety of people to publish the most effective blogs, and writing in general is now something I adore. Through HerCampus, I aim to utilize my writing skills and share them with Northeastern students on a variety of topics. Whether that be social, politically relevant, or something random, I am excited to see what I will be able to share with the Northeastern Community this year.
