Jayda Ford-Schartner is a writer and member of the Her Campus at Baylor Univeristy chapter and is a freshman.
Beyond Her Campus, Jayda is a member of the pre-law society, NBLSA Pre-Law Society, Federalist Society, and Country Dance Club. She graduated from CCS high school. In the past, she has served as Community Service Coordinator for her past school's Thespian Society and NSHS Society. She enjoys volunteering and working with kids at her local theatre and church. She is a recipient of the Thespian Scholar Award, Vice President's Scholar, and AP Scholar with Distinction Award. She has received a certificate in ICEV Business Law, ICEV Microsoft and Office Technology, and the Morgan Franklin Fellowship with a Certificate of Completion of Standards of Financial Literacy. She is currently a freshman at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and is majoring in Political Science with a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis.
In her free time, Jayda enjoys listening to music, cooking, sewing, and baking. She is a part-time movie enthusiast and loves to spend her weekends dancing with her friends. When she's not grooving out to music, she hits the gym and cycles. Jayda enjoys learning about and exploring other cultures; one of her life goals is to visit and travel around Europe.
