Jane is a senior at Missouri State University, earning her bachelor's in science in Communication Studies, and a minor in Creative Writing Poetry. Many of Jane's previous works are satirical social commentary with a mix of pop culture references. She enjoys keeping readers in the know about what's going on in the world around us. She seeks out inspiring moments in pop culture, fashion, as opportunities to discuss the world around us and all the ways we are connected.
After college, Jane hopes to use her writing as a way to encourage others to get involved in their community. She's currently seeking employment in nonprofits in her area, hoping to give back to the community in any way possible. She firmly believes that with the right advertising plan and creative slogan, we can make an impact. Well, not only does she think that we can use writing as a way to connect with our community. She is also well versed in grant writing and hopes to use that ability to fundraise for organizations she deeply cares about.
In her free time, Jane enjoys reading and hanging out and coloring with her friends. She loves sitcom television and oftentimes is watching a new episode from each show throughout the week. Additionally, Jane enjoys volunteering at a local animal shelter whenever she has the opportunity.
