Isabella Salemi

Hi! My name is Isabella Salemi but most people call me Bella. I am a sophomore studying marketing at the University of Florida and I am so excited to be an Event Committee Member for Her Campus! I grew up in Orlando and Tampa and have had the Floridian privilege of having free Disney tickets my whole life since my dad has been working there for 35 years. I moved to Gainesville a year ago and heard about Her Campus through a friend and I found it was so fun and engaging for college girls just like me.

I applied for the Event Committee because I love feeling like I am a part of a community, and I think good events (and marketing *wink*) are the best way to bring people together. I hope to get to know my fellow UF Her Campus members well over the course of the school year and especially during our fun events.

Some fun facts about me are that I have a ton of hobbies. My main passions are art and music. I love to paint, draw, sculpt polymer clay, crochet, embroider, and I am learning how to make ceramics currently! I am also a multi-instrumentalist and my favorite instruments to play are the guitar and french horn. I plan on incorporating some of my creative outlets to the events I help plan, and I am so excited to be a part of Her Campus!
