Isabella Bernabeo

Isabella Bernabeo is a staff writer at the Her Campus at New York University. She writes on a variety of subjects, but most enjoys investigating underrepresented topics and cultures to share with the broader audience.

Beyond Her Campus, Isabella is the author of a published poetry collection titled, "A Collection of Thoughts: Blue Skies Don't Exist" and the creator of a cultural podcast called, "The Sage Pod: Hear, There, and Everywhere". She has previously worked as the Assistant Web Editor-in-Chief, Social Media Editor, Opinion Editor, and Entertainment Editor at The Sage News where she nationally won multiple awards for her writing. At The Sage News, Isabella was a frequent contributor on and off screen of the weekly Sage Broadcast and stood as a mentor to many aspiring journalists.

In her free time, Isabella enjoys immersing herself in a good book and listening to music in Washington Square Park. She loves to explore new places and restaurants, trying new foods from all around the world. She also finds herself up late at night writing poetry and other creative writing forms.
