Holly Hughes

Hiiii :)) I’m holly! I’m a junior at Baylor university studying management information systems with my concentrations in cybersecurity and data analytics. I have a passion for getting my hands dirty in all things technology related. I oversee social media management for HER campus at Baylor University.

My background consists of both hate technology skills and more soft business related skills. I’m currently the events chair for the Association for Computing Machinery - Women here at Baylor. I’m also a player on Cyber @ Baylor club’s cybersecurity competition team. I’ve completed a handful of hackfests and hackathons. I’ve also served as a writing tutor for almost 5 years before coming to Baylor.

In my free time, I spend a lot of time hammering out some python or bash scripting. I also heavily dabble in makeup and can put on a full beat in less than 30 minutes, an achievement if you ask me! I also have been studying up on my cyber policies and law in order to bring a special perspective to my cyber team. I also enjoy dancing, although I’m the worst dancer to grace the dance floor, but that never stops me :)))
