Hanna Lipinska

My name is Hanna. I'm currently in my fourth year studying English with creative writing at the university of Aberdeen. After my degree I would like to get into a creative or a media based career. Previously I have studied at Ashlawn School where I obtained eight GCSE's and three A-levels in English Literature, Media Studies and Photography.

I always like to engage myself in many different hobbies to experience new things and to keep myself curious. I like to pass the time with reading, writing and playing video games. Sometimes I really love to escape from reality and I feel that these hobbies are a great way to do that. Not only does reading and writing help to improve my critical thinking but also keeps me curious and open to new things.

One of my other great passions is sports. I have recently just got into pole dancing which not only is a beautiful and graceful sport but it's also a great way to de-stress and test your bodies limits. I also greatly enjoy cycling. Recently me and my partner have returned from a three month cycle tour of Europe where we have cycled all the way from Aberdeen to Poland. It was a wonderful travel experience where we got to see new places, meet new people and experience travelling in a completely different way. It has also helped us to connect with all the places that we went through much more thoroughly than if we would do it by car or by plane.
