Hanah Hwang

Hi, my name is Hanah Hwang and I am currently a third year student at New York University studying for a Bachelor’s degree in psychology! I am also minoring in children and adolescent mental health studies, as education and children’s psychology have always been a great passion of mine <3

For the past three years, I’ve taught a variety of students, including three to four year old toddlers in a summer enrichment program, as well as eighth grade students through an internship at NYU Office of the Provost. Although teaching has always piqued my interest, I’m looking forward to pursuing work in digital marketing and engagement, as well as the use of strategic psychology in consumerism as well as public relations. My passion for social media and content creation has driven me to seek opportunities in the marketing field, and I am more than excited to combine my personal love and passion for social media with professional marketing.

To describe a little more about myself, I grew up in Long Island but recently moved to the Lower East Side in Manhattan. The transition to fully experience living in the city was definitely a huge step in my life, and I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity. I fell in love with the city almost immediately, and my appreciation for New York grows by the day. My main interests include, but are not limited to: cosmetics & skincare, fashion, books, pilates, and films!
