Hey hey! Hailey Emerson is a current senior at Chapman University receiving her BFA in creative writing as well as a minor in history.
She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but now claims the hot sun of Southern California as her home.
Hailey thoroughly enjoys keeping up with Benito Skinner and Mary Beth Barone's podcast "Ride," and is always lost in a new, and usually blank, google document for a an up and coming story or personal essay. In her free time she loves to read all sorts of literary fiction, go on side quests with her friends, and damage her eardrums by blasting Lorde too loud in her AirPods. She is overjoyed to write for Her Campus and can't wait to share all things pop culture!
