Giovannah Semper is a first-year student at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, with an interest in writing, law, and social issues. She is passionate about storytelling, culture, and exploring the everyday experiences that shape college life. Through Her Campus, she hopes to share relatable stories and perspectives on everything from campus life and pop culture to personal experiences and current trends.
Beyond writing, Giovannah has a background in robotics, dance, art, and competitive sports. She has competed in swimming and hand cycling at the Paralympics Oklahoma and previously served as the captain of her school’s robotics team, competing internationally in the World Robot Olympiad. She's also interested in fashion and modeling and had the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico at Colombia Fashion Week.
In her free time, Giovannah enjoys watching movies, listening to music, discovering new places, and spending time with her family and friends. She is always looking for new stories to tell, things to learn, and experiences to turn into her next article.
