I'm Erin-Jade, a Biochemistry student at North Carolina State University. I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, now living it up in North Carolina. I am in the middle of trying to achieve my career goals but what I do know is that I aim to live my life to its fullest! I love getting lost on long walks, enjoying a soothing cup of tea, visiting new places, and most importantly connecting with people. I find little ways to make everyday moments feel special.
I have always loved hearing about a person's unique story and I believe there is something to learn from each person we encounter. Travelling, moving around, changing schools, and starting over has taught me that nothing is really ever straightforward. College has been a growth journey where I seem to learn a lot more outside lecture halls. I try to step out of my comfort zones by getting comfortable with not having the bits and bobs figured out yet.
When I’m not hitting the books, you can find me at the gym, wandering around, journaling, or trying to pick up a new hobby. I am super excited to have a space on Her Campus to express my thoughts, challenge questions, spark curiosities, and share my interests.
