Emily Peraza

Emily is currently pursuing a degree in Interface Design with a concentration in Graphic Design at California State University, San Bernardino. With a strong interest in visual communication, she has explored a wide range of creative projects, from magazine layouts and photo editing to flyers, posters, and movie poster design. Her passion for design has led her to develop skills that can be applied across multiple branches of work, particularly in the fields of UX/UI design and social media. Emily is eager to use her background in creativity and design thinking to pursue professional opportunities that allow her to combine innovation with communication.

Beyond her academic coursework, Emily is actively involved in campus life and professional organizations. She is a member of PRSSA and has recently been recruited for the role of Social Media Manager, a position that will allow her to combine her love of content creation with her developing design skills. Her interest in filming content for fun has grown into a curiosity about the professional side of social media, where she hopes to explore marketing, engagement, and creative strategy. These experiences reflect her desire to become a well-rounded individual while continuing to expand her abilities in both design and communication.

Outside of her professional and academic endeavors, Emily enjoys spending time at coffee shops, shopping, and trying out new lip glosses. She values the time she spends with her friends and family and believes that her personal interests help balance her creative and professional life. Emily is passionate about art, design, and visual storytelling, and she looks forward to advancing her skills and making a meaningful impact in the fields of design and communication.
