Emily Cairns is a Senior at Pace University in New York City, starting her first year with Her Campus. She is passionate about digital design, media and film, reading, travel, music, and more.
Emily is majoring in Communications and Media Studies at Pace. In her hometown, she is a barista and social media manager at a local coffee shop. Emily transferred to Pace after a semester studying digital media and communications abroad in Florence, Italy.
In her free time you can find her shopping, curating pinterest boards, taking pictures, producing music, at concerts (like Tame Impala three times), and discovering new films and shows. She spent her last semester traveling Europe visiting Greece, Switzerland, Morocco, Spain, and Italy; enjoying its historic art, food, culture, museums, and snapping pictures along the way. Emily looks forward to writing articles for Her Campus at PACE and meeting new people throughout the year!
